A Salute is an Italian restaurant and full-service cocktail bar located in an 1850 church on Main Street in Matawan. The 170-year-old building has kept its character and warmth to provide a comfortable setting for families and friends to enjoy a great lunch or dinner.
Over the last 45 years our location has given families in the Monmouth County area many memories, hosting parties for baptisms, communions, engagements, weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. Some of you might remember it as Bart’s; we welcome you to come see what we have done throughout the property.
