The nave of an 1850 church, an enclosed garden room with its own bar, and a social space off the cocktail rail. Ten guests or a hundred — all climate controlled, all fully staffed.

(05) Minimum Spend

A minimum, not a buyout.

Each space carries a minimum food and beverage spend rather than a room buyout — $1,500 for the Church Room or Garden Room on a weekend daytime and $3,000 on a Friday or Saturday evening; $1,000 and $2,000 for the Inside Bar Room.

Minimums exclude tax, gratuity, booking and bartender fees, cake-cutting and card processing. Bar service adds $125 per bartender. Anthony will confirm the figure for your date.
